We use, love and recommend IKEA'S Fjadrar down inserts. They are by far the most economical and IKEA harvests feathers ethically.

You can find them here. Yes, they may be flat when shipped. To fluff them up (or any of your down inserts if ever they get flat), just throw them in the dryer!

We recommend IKEA'S 16x23 down insert for a full look, or any 14x20 down insert.
